Everyone's Your Friend in New York City
The first time I came to New York, I wasn't terribly impressed – the city seemed big, unweildy. I'm now in the middle of my second visit to this historic location and I have to admit, I can see why people like it here. Don't know if I could picture myself living in NYC… at least, not without making a billion dollars first. There's just so much to do here – and so many places to explore. You could live in the city and have a full life without ever leaving. It's a cool place to visit, no doubt. Jake and I are catching a Broadway show (Spamalot) tomorrow evening – 16th row center, courtesy of American Express's Platinum concierge service. I've only seen three pairs of jeans in the whole city, so I'm sure I'll stand out like a sore thumb in the theater. The streets are paved with diamonds…

The good thing about it is that you don’t have to make a billion dollars=]
My family came to the USA from Cuba and moved to New York (from about a year in Florida). We were able to make it on our own starting out small.
But, all in all, I agree. New York is a great place to visit and to live. Don’t worry though, I wear jeans too!
