Ed Russell started a petition
Ed Russell started a petition that (overnight) has gathered ~200 signatures. Sure, that's just a drop in the bucket in the grand scheme of things, but I have to appreciate the sincerity of the people out there. To quote an ol' wine cooler-weilding dude: “Thank you for your support.” I don't think anybody's gonna march on Washington any time soon, but…

I'm still waiting for the “Great Things” that were supposed to pan out? There is an old saying: “You can't go home”. It will never be like it was. And the expectations are greater. chris.moveon.org.

I happily signed. Your two-day stint on “Call for Help” reminded me of how much fun that show can be with you as host. Leo's great, but so are you.

Chris: Your egocentricity has finally gone too far. Your Gnome Report tonight was a sick display of insecurity and an ego run amok. Quoting others to praise yourself is a sign of serious problems. You have a lot to offer if you could JUST check your ego.

After watching you once again make an ass of yourself on tech-tv, it is abundantly clear why they canned you and put Leo in charge. Leo will back soon thankfully. 1500 sigs on a petition says it all. Your followers are few and far between. 1500 is a squirt of piss in the wind in terms of support.

Zappa, please go munch on your dick for awhile and refrain from speaking for two weeks, six days, three hours, twenty-five minutes, and fourty-seven seconds. Thank you.

How low one gets when they have nothing better to do than going to the person's blog whom they dislike. That goes to show how much more they suck themselves. If they had somewhat of a life they wouldn't bother making fools of themselves, especially at that person's blog. (maybe this didn't make much sence but… in a nutshell = Kindly f*ck off you low-life fool)

Dude, its not to late, its never to late. There is always room, and no one knows the fate of all the TTV staff (Even leo) after the merger, (even though they will most likley keep him) there will def. be room then. Im not bashing leo, nor his position. I actually enjoy leo there, too. Im just saying chris is great as leo in my mind. All the best for both, and best of luck for both!

You've got my support.
Signature # 1883.
You Chris by far are the best host of CFH, Leo is stepping on your coattails being host, although Leo is a decent host, he does not have the charisma you always did.
I remember tuning in specificly for your expertise on any subject back in your day. I still watch CFH (for the information) but it lacks your tv personality – for me, it was always the perk of watching the show.
You made everything so user friendly. Although Leo tries to joke, he sounds like a 'book on tape' a human manual if you will, a lot of what he says sounds too cut and dry, for most users to comprehend.
I hope you get to return full time to CFH. (As reading your post about the short stint, it's obvious you enjoyed the experience.).
Hopefully TechTv and the parent networks see just how much you were appriciated, and make the right choice.
