It would be a clue to the next clue, and on and on until you found your Easter basket. Along the way you kept your eyes peeled because there were tiny little chocolate foil eggs hidden all over the house. There would be about twenty clues per child, and it was hilarious, with four of us racing about. The baskets themselves were full of hard-boiled decorated eggs, candy, fruit and some little toys here and there: a miniature deck of cards, etc. It was wonderful, wonderful. My mother passed away shockingly two years ago last September and these last holiday have been brutal. At least I have a child around to do these things with, but boy, nothing like looking back to remember what we did............sigh........ Thanks for the memory sharing!
