Dude. This is the coolest
Dude. This is the coolest thing I have ever seen. The author is going to be on CFH this morning (along with everybody's favorite wonderpooch, Sprocket). Brian even created a classic Lockergnome Quest. Classic in the sense that it's a 16-bit proggie at 320×200x4. Larry ain't got nothin' on me, and neither does Roger. Did you know that Gretchen still loves the King's Quest series. I know what I'll be doing all weekend!

When Microsoft put Pac Man into the Xbox Live Marketplace, I grabbed it immediately. Many PacMan fans were disappointed that this video game classic really wasn’t optimized for an HD experience… Related Content:Dude. That was my question Chris? Is he a poodle? A Terrier? What kind of dog is that baby Sprocket of yours. All dog owners call their dogs their babies, or at least I do. Maybe I'm strange. Anywho, watched the show about the scir program. Nice, took me back to King's Quest and Leisure Suit Larry, etc. from Sierra.
I won't go into my rant about Sierra, that's another post.

Chris, I expect you know about AL Lowe's website?

He has some downloads of his old stuff, you can download to your system, I downloaded Kings Quest last fall, great stuff.

Saw the show… man, that brought me back. Hell, I remember when I was playing text-only adventure games on my dad's old Texas Instruments computer. Heh.
Speaking of which, does anyone know where I can get text-only games nowadays? I'm talkin' zero graphics. Or maybe a text-only game creator?
That'd be cool.
And Sprocket is absolutely adorable. Everyone say it with me, now… “Awwwwwwww!”

Al Lowe's Leisure Suit Larry series was way better than Roberta Williams Kings Quest Series. I like Lucasart's Sam & Max Hit the Road.

So when is Sprocket getting his own show? He was such a good boy on the show yesterday! Such a cutie.

Cool game…I don't know how to do anything though. I can only walk around, I can't figure out any actions and have no clue what to put in that command box thingy.
I saw “Sprocket, the Humping Dog”'s site for the first time…my golden retriever puppy humps stuff to. Usually his stuffed monkey we bought him. Quite amusing, actually…:-D

We still love KQ at our house. My 8-yr-old and I have done some heavy parent-child bonding doing them in the past few years. Now that he's a little older he does them on his own. No one at school knows what he's talking about when he talks about them though!
