Apparently, my wife doesn't know the difference between Michael Bolton and Mr. Roboto. Now she thinks she's Miss America. Babe, you've got too much time on your hands. You're fooling yourself if you think that this is the best of times. Let me stare into my crystal ball and predict your future. Did you see it light up? Oh, stop trying to be a renegade. Just admit you think that Bryan Adams is da bomb. The Canadian government has apologized for him on several occasions.

I have dozens of friends and the fun never ends…that is, as long as I'm buyin'…
I was very thankful for the movie “Big Daddy”. Suddenly I could point Todd towards one of his heroes and say “SEE! He likes Styx, too!” He's never understood my secret love of the band, but at least he likes Mr. Roboto. I have to give him credit for that.

Butt Rock, what is that, is that like the Beavis & Butt Head generations wording? Classic Rock rules. I love Styx, I rate them up there with Boston, ELO, 38 Special. Bryan Adams is cool but have you heard one of his song, “The only thing that looks good on you is me”, Keep up the good work on CFH, I love it Chris.

Yeah sure, no one SAYS that they disrespect me. But then they trash me in my own blog. *wink* Just kidding Randy, no offense taken.
You must understand, I had no interest in those bands when I was growing up, which has rendered me culturally un-knowledgeable (is that a word?). A college roommate of mine referred to all “hair bands” as “butt rock,” and I had thought that Styx fell into that category. Of course my husband has to exploit my lack of knowledge on the subject… thanks dear. 'Preciate it.

HI Gretchen, Seriously, I was'nt trying to disrespect you… ;) I never went for the “Hair Bands” either. In my highschool day I was an out cast in that I listened to and worshiped DEVO and I still do like them alot. Do me a favor and tell Chris to tell DEVO I said hi next time they are on TTV. Oh, and BTW, ELO outranks all bands in my book, hopefully Chris knows who they are. lol
