Do You Want to Make your own iPhone Ringtone for Free?

I usually use Audacity to create my own ringtones. It’s a freeware for audio-editting.

Once installed the MP3 plugin (something called LAME), it can export the work in mp3 format (without the plugin it can only save in WAV format).

It doesn’t support MIDI if I’m not mistaken, but haven’t try it though.

You can also use Garage Band to make custom ringtones. There’s an export to iTunes button that makes it really easy.

GarageBand is really easy to use to make ringtones, but the quality is really bad. I personally buy mine form iTunes, its quick, easy, but not so cheap and good quality.
