I’m surprised that the second life documentray that was bought by cinemax was not mentioned. I’m really not a fan of Machinima but this documentary was amazing. very well done (obviously because it was bought by cinemax) but the link to it is below. You can watch the entire thing at the link

I enjoy watching Machinima. Find “DigitalPh33r’s” series to be the best. Arby and the Chief is hilarious. I occasionally watch Red Vs. Blue.

I really do enjoy watching machinima on youtube. I do not watch everything that is released, but some of the videos that have been done using WoW, HL2 mods, or halo, are incredibly well done. IMO, the most important part of making one is well, not rushing it. It is usually clear when someone rushes their work, and the ones that shine are the ones that have been planned out.

Oh and yes, Red vs. Blue will always be one of the best series ever.

Heh, I didn’t knew such a thing existed, and come to think that I was.. well, kinda still am a power world of warcraft and guild wars player, they don’t mention it much in there.. odd.. but I am starting to watch it lol

I love watching machinima on YouTube because there are sooo many different versions. You never know what to expect from them and that is one of my favorite parts because the feeling of not knowing what is coming is exhilarating. I tried to make some myself once but I decided to leave it to the pros because they know what they’re doing and I didn’t. Having the little “Unregistered Hypercam2″ in the top left screws you over because nobody wants to see that white box. And yes Rec Vs. Blue is the most well known of all, as well as one of the best casted. If I had the right equipment to do it right I certainly would make some of my own, but sadly I don’t…
