Believe me, 5 hours of unprotected skin in the sun is NOT good. That made me get several infections on my arms as well as moderate to severe water blisters. Thanks for the great comments, guys. :)

In this case, it is better to leave wallets in the car, then drive somewhere else to spend it. When you go to the beach, there is a high chance of losing your keys in the sand! I am not a "beach person" either :) Sun burns suck, especially with excessive sand and salt . No shade to get out of the blistering heat.
