The Parents of addicts must accept some of the blame. They had a responsibility to instill decent values ( by age 7 according to the bible ) and they failed. By the way what kind of values were taught to Mr Obama up to age 7? I understand why he had close associations with some very bad people later in life. Let's hope he doesn't win this Nov. I'm going to guess it is one of those hospitals that have a lot of money if so then they have no excuse, it says that it's a preferred choice for musicians then they should have enough staff too check each room every 20 min. With the 18 year old girl well there is something fishy there, but then it could just be the media (they love to bend the truth) and also the drowning well don't you think if a patient was suicidal they would have a nurse in there or at least cameras.
