Now most computer companies let you choose a TV Tuner for your laptop/desktop, so I think television is broadening their horizons. Not to mention you can watch the Olympics Live on NBC.com…

TV needs to be done away with, what is this URGE for networks to keep their programs on TV ONLY?! Do they get some sort of kick out of it?!

When I want to watch a show, I shouldn’t have to worry about getting home and seeing it on time, or recording it to watch it later, I want to search it, click it, view it.

I want the names of these people who are getting kicks out of forcing us to stay glued to a TV when THEY want us to. Schedule-dictated programing is to be done away with, such caveman tactics simply won’t fly in a modern internet-driven world.

IT’S ABOUT TIME!

TV needs to be as easy to navigate/use as computers! Actually, TV needs to be done away with, it’s high time everything is available not only at times dictated by some schedule, if I want to watch Carl Sagan’s Universe I shouldn’t have to wait for a special airing and have to RECORD it! I should be able to search it, click it, watch it, then and there.

I actually only watch TV because History channel and Discovery have yet to allow their shows to be available on the net….(hintaty hint hint!)

I think TV is great on the computer the more that a computer can do the better because all people really want is a device that can do everything. Link your TV to your computer so its still on the TV but being brought to you from somewere else. It’s still TV.
