Disconnected Aim
You have been disconnected from the AOL Instant Message Service (SM) for accessing the AOL network using unauthorized software. You can download a FREE, fully featured, and authorized client, here.
What it fails to tell you is that AOL's IM client is ugly, slow, and full of advertisements. Nope. I'll stick with Trillian for now. Now, if you'll pardon me, I'm installing XP on my HP Omnibook 6100 and watching The Fifth Element on UPN. Time not important, only coffee important.

So frustrating when half of my family is on AIM and not too computer literate to download and run other IMs.

That bot scared the bejeezus outta me when it first came up! If you want to run AIM wihtout ads and all that other bloat stuff, use QuickBuddy (or a third-party TOC client, not sure of one though)
