I sure hope I have no problems with my machine. Sounds like Dell is going down for the count. I believe if you give up on your employees AND your customer service, you&#039;ve given up on your company. What a shame. Probably the only person content with Dell right now is that NYU kid doing the commercials. Although he is being sued by the actors union for working during the strike.
