Why should we date only during courtship/before marriage? The dates are likely a huge reason people chose their marriage partner to begin with! Marriage shouldn't mean ending that. It is really easy to get stuck in your own little world once you get married. So the date night is a great tradition to keep so that you always spend time, out of the house, with your spouse. Growing closer as a couple will only make you stronger and better parents in the future! We've been dating every Friday night for 31 of our 36 years of marriage.
