I’ve gone from using a PC with a IPAQ to a PC with a Tablet PC – is there any synching software that performs the same job as activesync in XP. I’m on Vista and Synctoy doesn’t pick up any differences in OUtlook when I synch the applications folder.

I have used three products. For simplicity Karen’s Replicator, for more advanced file moves and syncing AllwaySync and for across the internet syncing FolderShare has been a great tool.
