Well, as my experience shows, you can maintain a good credit score if you carry no more than 3 credit cards at one moment and if you do not miss or delay payments on them. You can, of course, have more cards, but there’s a possibility that youy do not manage them all. What’s more, each time you open a new line of credit, it hurts your credit score. BTW, applying for a credit report more than permitted is also no good to your score.
