I get to speak with my girlfriend in Kenya for free and I always get to see and hear her very clearly. After that, it -sometimes- works.You're right though, if you add more than one person to the line, things tend to fall apart rather quickly. It all depends on your bandwidth, headset and so on. Seems to me that people have this 'tendency' to dislike or offend any mainstream software. Skype is great.
