Community Tech Blog

I realize I'm about to open up a Pandora's box here, but it's something I've wanted to do since its inception a year or so ago. Are you familiar with the Lockergnome Bits & Bytes newsletter? It's a daily summary of tech news, blog posts, fun links, opinions, etc. I'm looking for people who could contribute on a regular (if not daily) basis. If you're interested, please let me know. We'll change the footers so that you get full credit.

What's your #1 source for Internet needs? GoDaddy has new domain names, transfers and renewals as low as $1.99. Plus, check out their hosting plans, Web site builders, secure certificates and much more. Plus, as a listener of The Chris Pirillo Show, enter code CHRIS3 and get your .COM domain name for just $6.95 a year. Get your piece of the internet at GoDaddy!

could this be like memepool.com or fark.com ? where there's many contributors, but they have to get approved by the “committee”?

I'm actually interested. Although, I could tell you now that I might not be able to do it everyday. Just thought to let you know that I was interested. And if you were interested in letting a 15 year old do something like this…I don't know if your looking at the age differences or anything…

I like Steve's idea. It could be the new slashdot or blogcritics!

That would be super cool, Chris. I'd be willing to help and could probably contribute every day.

Hmm, whatÂ’s this gig pay? And can I get paid in singles (hint, hint)

I'm game……..
I can't always guarantee when I would be able to help (rotating shifts and all), but that sounds pretty cool

I'm interested. I'm online all day as a webmaster for a golf and hotel resort chain and handle a lot of tech support issues as well. I'm a techie tried and true full of worthless knowledge that I find on the web and feel the urge to pollute..err..share with other minds.

Sign me up Chris. I have been posting daily news updates on my blog but a newsletter is a great idea. I am in college for computer science and love to write.

what does this entail? I'd definitely be interested in more info about this. :)

Chris – count me in. Have your people call my people….
