Comic Viewer
Ah, I think I've found the world's best comic viewer - although it's still in very rough beta form, it's the most usable. Takes forever to load, but… just give it a shot (free, cross-platform).
ComiX is a program that reads daily comic strips (cartoons). It has a user friendly graphical interface, with slide show feature, calendar like control, easy navigational comic strips menu, previews and next and today buttons, status bar for details on current comic strip.

I've given that one a try and though it's got a bazillion comics, it didn't have any of the ones I was interested in. Try Darkgate's comic slurper. It's got feeds from all the good online comics, plus some more obscure ones that most people probably don't read.

The new version planed sometime next year (2008). It will contain more comic strips and be more customizable.
