I totally agree about the senseo! I did a review of it on my site here. My ex-girlfriend though had the Tassimo and I thought it was amazing, especially considering it could do coffee as well as hot chocolate. I hope to get one of those myself soon! Great work with your blog, good luck!

I guess I'm just kind of "old fashioned" about coffee. My flavor of choice is plain, black, Folgers 100% Columbian, brewed in a plain, jane GE brand coffee maker. However, on some days, I do go through two whole pots of the stuff!

We're Peet's people at our house, dating from the days when we bought the beans, ground them oursleves and used a Chemex giant-size beaker with paper filter to make coffee. Chemex has long gone away but we still like Peet's; even their decaf (particulary Sumatra) is great! Talk about coffee snobs, we have an intense dislike for Starbucks.
