It implies all iPod buyers are raging Apple fanboys with no more sense than an inebriated grasshopper. Some of us iPod users did actually buy it, you know, because it's a solid device with a much easier to use UI than the other players on the market, and excels at what it does. I'd also venture that these users are the majority, people who couldn't care less about the silly Microsoft-Apple rivalry that occupies some people. Chris's antipathy to the iPod is clearly based more on the lack of .wma focus and absence of Windows technology than not having sipped hallucinogenic substances!
