I remember playing escape from butcher bay on gamecube and it was an impressively thought out game with great graphics for the time. I played the demo of this and saw how someone who played only the original and sticks to 3rd person based gameplay could enjoy this title. However, having played so many other great FPS titles like Crysis, Bioshock, and the Half Life series, I couldn't help but feel let down by this one. The dynamic lighting was anything but and the same corridor feel of Doom 3 was dominant throughout. I was also unimpressed with the games physics or the lack thereof, enemies who were shot and killed simply fell to the ground like a sack of potatoes. I think the only redeeming factor is the game's story and melee confrontations.
