Another good point for GEICO is their website was the only one I found at the time that gave you an option to explain why you might not already have current car coverage when you first apply, (in my case, it was the end of summer, and I said that I had been driving my Goldwing all summer, since motorcycles in WA don’t require mandatory liability coverage here), anyways, they didn’t seem to penalize me (very much) for not having it at the time.
