I'm sure you have your trip all planned out but I thought I'd throw in some tips for Cozumel. First, there are tons of amazing places to eat in Cozumel. Top on the list would be La Perlita (address, Av. 65 Norte 49, between Calles 8 and 10). It is away from downtown so it is a taxi ride there and back but the fresh fish in white sauce can not be beat. El Foco is a great taco place and closer to downtown.

As far as activities go I recommend Chankanaab National Park for some good snorkeling. You're guaranteed to see parrotfish and grunts but if you are really lucky you might be able to catch a glimpse of a blue spotted eagle ray. Another option is to rent a car/jeep and tour the other side of the island.

It's hard to believe bugs would be much of a problem in the winter, but is it ever really winter down there? Dunno.

Anyway, enjoy your honeymoon!

My wife and I spent ours in Monterey Bay (specifically, Pacific Grove) this past June, but that's practically your back yard.

Congrats on the marriage and here's hoping you two have an amazing honeymoon together! I'll be painting, putting carpet down, moving and keeping a close eye on my wife who's 34 weeks pregnant. Wanna swap? Except for the pregnant wife part, of course.. ;)

Have a great time Chris! That is a great cruise. My wife and kids will be going on a similar cruise in March. Not really a honeymoon, more like a retirement cruise. hehe..no, not really. We've been married 15 years already. Enjoy Cozumel!
