I trust your site for advice and suggestions in all things tech but just realized that you also have sponsored links to well-known fraudulent bait and switch companies! How could you, Chris? This absolutely breaks my heart to see that you're inadvertently picking up small ad revenue streams from companies who are currently under investigation by the state of New York for fraud. I love your site and have followed you since the days of TechTV. This is such a bummer to see. I know you don't have control over which ads Google plunks through but my advice is to stop incorporating Google ads on your site. I read your article on the Canon HV30, liked it and thought about buying one myself. That's when I noticed the sponsored links to the fraudulent sellers. You have to realize there are lots of people who might click on a link for a great deal for one of these camcorders and wind up getting ripped off from one of these companies. After all, we come to your site because we trust you, we trust your opinion and you make us feel safe about our tech purchases. It stands to reason then, that we'd also trust sponsored links on your site because you're the type of guy (or at least I thought you were) who wouldn't stand for making a few $$ from internet click-through advertising if it meant people were actually going to be defrauded from these companies. This is my last visit to your site unfortunately. I'm a big fan of yours but this just bummed me out beyond belief. For those of you who waded through this novella of a complaint always do a quick search via Yelp before making a tech purchase. Google searches for purchases just can't be trusted.

Chris!
