Candy Cane!
I just enjoyed my first candy cane of the season, and boy was it sweet. It's a peppermint candy cane, mind you – not one of those wacktastic butterscotch candy canes or watermelon candy canes. If it ain't a peppermint candy cane with red and white lines, it just isn't a cane in my book. We picked up a full box of 500 for 99 cents at the grocery store to decorate our tree (should we be able to find one this late in the Christmas tree shopping season because we waited too long to order one online). I didn't completely remove the plastic from the striped confectionary so as not to get my fingers sticky. I did, however, drop the cane onto my keyboard – and am now finding it difficult to type any word with the letter in it. Er, the letter in it. The character at the very end of the alphabet! I can't type the letter (rhymes with pee).
