The one I have now isnt the newest, can't wait to get one that will fit in your pocket without a big bulge sticking out :)

I've been looking at the same camera, and by the sounds of things i'm making the right choice if I get it. I bought my own Canon S200 only about 3 weeks ago and I can't seem to put it down. Right now I have an 8 mb and 16 mb card but I will be ordering a 128 mb card from Crucial soon. It hooks up rather nicely to the Powerbook too!!

I just have to say Gretchen will love the camera. The other day in Best Buy I almost laughed out loud at the young couple shopping for an analogue camera. Admittedly, for a professional photographer film might still rule, but when you're in the market for a medium-priced consumer grade camera not buying digital is stupid. Yet I still see resistance from some people.

I'm debating taking a photography class (with my lovely PowerShot G2) but with my luck they'd tell me to “throw that digital junk in the garbage and get something real.”<br
