It's kinda true (in audio format, anyway), since the new phone number is finally live. Of course, you can call it to your heart's content and you won't get anywhere. Since it's a land-line, we can't get voice mails via MP3 (so we don't even have voice mail turned on). Six lines hunt for one another, so… we may now be the only Internet-based call-in podcast / live show. No radio station affiliation, folks. It's all online with traditional equipment.

Jake and I have only done preliminary testing, so we're not going to announce anything in Lockergnome yet (which is sure to drive a lot of qualified callers, a lot of attention). However, we could use your support – if you have a question that you might have, say, asked when I was on Call for Help a few years ago? Or, let's say, you have an Internet business question that nobody else seems to be able to answer? We're casting the 'Net wide, espeically for this first week with the phones.
And this is worth mentioning again: I don't know when or where, but one day I'm going to attempt to set the record for the most live calls answered in a single broadcast. Gotta get some practice, and for that – we'll need everybody's help. None of this “three true calls an hour” BS that usually happens with other shows, either.
