Buying a Computer Case
Ponzi's building a system with Andru – but first, she needs a case. From her short list of wants, this could prove to be a Herculean task. I'll let her explain:
Nikao DragonFire Gaming Case – Black – Voted best looking by Moi: But, how do I get in it? Does it have doors? Where do I plug in my earphones/mic? Cooler Master Stacker Case – Black (STC-T01-UWK) – Looks like the best design for the price. As long as there aren't doors that hang open. I like that the opening for the mic/headphones is on top as well as the USB ports (3!) I can also sit my port extender right on top without a lot of wires hanging. Hopefully.
SilverStone Temjin TJ07 Computer Case – Silver – This one is my favorite if the little doors are inward moving rather than hanging open. There was only one picture though, can you confirm that? This is waayyyy expensive just for the case, isn't it? I like the way it looks though.
If I could have everything I want is would include the following: Awesome design on the outside/ dragons and cutouts for windows and lights. Like #1 or Totally sleek design like #2 with maximum usability which equals to me, no opening and closing of doors. No doors ever to hang open. Having the outlet for my mic/ headphones on the side bottom would be ideal or from the back. If in the front then at the very top, no door. Flat top, no feet (that just makes it wider without use).
I can't find what I think I want. :) So – I pick Cooler Master Stacker Case – Black (STC-T01-UWK) it looks like the closest thing.

ThermalTake Tsunami Dream or a Chieftec case would get my vote. I've also recently used a ThermalTake Soprano – a smaller version of the Tsunami Dream for a build. I'm still kind of partial to my old Chieftec though. Those cases are hard to come by now it seems. If your looking for something small size though – neither of those cases above will fit the bill.
