One problem, though: I've met Laars and several members of his SuccessFactors executive team. While they can be on their best behavior when it suits them, they are, in fact, assholes the rest of the time. This is especially true behind closed doors, when they need roll up their sleeves and deal with tough issues that come up as they run their business. In other words, it's OK for them to be assholes, because everyone around them isn't and just deals with it.They need to drink a little more of that Koolaid they are serving up.Peace, Cliff Good show.
