Blog Traffic School
I've crafted and released a new guide for the world: Chris Pirillo's Blog Traffic School. It was designed to help you get more traffic to your (duh) blog. I've already shown it to Dave Sifry, Robyn, Robert Scoble, and Jason DeFillippo; they've all given it a “thumbs up.” For $10, the information is yours to keep. Heck, I'll even start a blogroll for all the people who buy it and like it.
GoDaddy Web hosting plans are now more powerful than ever. Best of all, their plans start at just $3.95/month! No matter what plan you choose, your site receives 24/7 maintenance and protection in a world-class data center. Plus, as a listener of The Chris Pirillo Show, enter code CHRIS1 when you check out, and save an additional 10% on any order. Get your piece of the internet at GoDaddy!

Blogs are all about getting traffic now? Oops. I thought there were less superficial reasons for starting one…
Fire up 'dem stats programs and let the competition begin!

I thought weblogs were about fulfilling some personal need? Perhaps they are for learning and applying new technology? Just me?

So far I'm with the other folks, I blog for the joy of it, not to sell a product or service. If they visit MacSlash and we make a few cents, great, but that's not what it's all about…

Um, can you say sell-out?
I liked your blog better when you had a day job, frankly. You weren't trying to hawk everything (including your chest) then.

If I had only had that guide a few months ago! Oh well. There's sound advice in the guide (it was an impulse buy for me). I sure hope you enjoy the pizza I bought for you Chris. ;)

Good to know, Chris. There were some people on the MT forums who were seeking information about building traffic for their blogs that are informational blogs (although not necessarily aimed to sell a product) — more to network people of similar interests. Funny, that. Connection, community, blogs, networks.

I'm expecting you to come out with your own late-night infomercial anytime now, Chris. When you do, can you hire Cindy Margolis? Haven't seen her in a while. :)

Any chance this can get in the PayPal store? For $10 I would rather pull it out of the band account rather then messing with the old CC.

I just started my blog. I'm VERY tempted to get this. I don't mind paying for information as long as it's good. Chris, this better be damn good or I'll lose all faith in you ;-]

Kind of lame that it has a price tag when all I could simply do is look at this blog and many others and get ideas.

I bought this eBook a few hours ago and read it. I loved it. It doesn't explain how to “Pump your traffic through the roof”, but thats not what blogs are about, right? It explains how to improve the quality of your blog, and therefore how to make a successful blog. It shoed me some smal thing that I could improve on, as wll as how to give my blog that “unique touch” ontop of what I already have. This is a must-have for a new blogger, and I would highly reccomend it.
Thanks chris!

It's a great resource – even after a couple of years blogging, this old dog learnt a few new tricks. It's useful to bloggers at any level, and I don't have a 6 week wait for international postage! :)
