The response time I got from them and the quick help they gave me was one of the reasons I wound up purchasing the full application. I've been using Windowblinds for about a year now with no problems. I love the thing. And when I upgraded to XP it really added to the visual styles. I finally had to goto safe mode to manually uninstall all the files. I personally would advise against installing this program, especially if you use Windows XP.
