Naturally, this won't count for some things, like specialty items like tools, ornaments, keepsakes, etc., but if you haven't used it within the last year, it's unlikely that you ever will. It's really liberating to get rid of a lot of junk...and as they say, one man's junk is another man's treasure! My standard for determining what to keep or get rid of is: “If it’s not used in a year, it goes.” Naturally, this won’t count for some things, like specialty items like tools, ornaments, keepsakes, etc., but if you haven’t used it within the last year, it’s unlikely that you ever will.
