Also, from a serious point of view, signs like this could actually increase road safety with things like "pedestrian ahead". The first car to blink their lights twice is followed and harassment and intimidation ensues. I have seen them around here (Montreal, Canada) in the past but as a little license plate cover. This looks like it could be used handily for advertising. Maybe for a blog or a business.
