Andrew Baum of Pinnacle on Mobile Media Manager

One of Jake’s favorite software finds at the Mobile Focus event during CTIA Wireless 2006 is the new Pinnacle Mobile Media Manager. The app improves on transferring video, audio and photos to iPod and PSP devices, along with all the other portable devices through simple drag-and-drop conversion of files. Support for transcoding HD content, along with the ability to convert virtually any video file to a format optimized for the PSP and iPod make this possibly the best portable media manager on the market (once it’s available at retail). Jake talks with Andrew Baum of Pinnacle about some of the key Mobile Media Manager features and what makes the app easier than using either Sony’s Media Manager or iTunes for organizing and transferring files.
