I am using Twhirl for my FriendFeed account but, twitter I use Tweetdeck on my PC’s and Tiny Twitter on my phone. Tweetdeck allows for feeds to broken up into groups. It definitely makes it easier to filter out the noise if you follow quite a few people.

Not a fan at all. I installed it for all of 10 minutes I think. I had planned on reviewing it for my site actually and I didn’t even get into it enough for that!

I totally agree, I don’t like it at all. I don’t usually use twitter clients much but when I do it has to be twitteriffic (Mac and iPhone) or Twinkle (iPhone).

Hate hate HATE Twhirl. It’s buggy, can’t retrieve any of my friends tweets, crashes frequently!!! TwitterAIR is by far better :D!

Definitely not a fan and I share your disgust of the program. I actually use twitterfox mostly since i usually have the browser open anyway.

I just can’t stand Adobe AIR apps in general. They are clunky and consume way too much memory. For every Adobe AIR app that I know of, there exists a web app version and I prefer using the browser for everything. Overall, it uses less resources than all instances of AIR apps.
