All Your Background
Wanna change the background of this page right now? Change the background color of your Tooltips. Don't believe me? Try it. I know this works in IE on Windows, I'm not sure how it'll work on other platforms. To change your Tooltip background color, right-click on your desktop, select Properties, flip to your Appearance tab (you might have to press the Advanced button in XP), choose the Tooltip item, then change “Color 1″ to whatever you wish. The changes on my blog will be immediate.
