I did seven more chests this evening. Salmon sashimi, here I come! Gretchen's doing something else tonight, so I'll fly solo at the bar. But before I bop down to Osaka, let me congratulate Jimnice. She gave me a good guffaw, and was the random pick for this week's blib winner: “My xylem lies over the phloem; my xylem lies over the petiole; my xylem lies over the phloem; so bring back my xylem to me.” Next week, we'll shoot for 200 before I reach into my virtual nostril and pick a winner. Oh, and I hope to see you at the Fillmore this Thursday; I've got a couple of tickets to see Toad the Wet Sprocket!

Question: What program, if any, do you use for making this page. It doesn't seem like moveable type but since i've used the program all of 3 seconds I wouldn't know for sure. Thanks man!

Perhaps, in future, you could specify just a wee bit more as to what kind of word you want. 'Noun' is good. 'Single word noun' is better.

the fillmore induces memories of TMBG for me… *sigh*. Wish I could make it to Toad… I haven't really heard much of their material lately, though.

Sorry Chris…Toad the Wet Sprocket is not on my band list. The Gin Blossoms are coming in June, and so is Pearl Jam on the 1st of the same month.

I always thought it came from a skit that Cheech and Chong did. I think the one where Chong is the old blues performer. I could be wrong.
