AL-TV Deleted Interview

It's time to give meaning to your boring, miserable life! You probably caught the recent airing of AL-TV on VH1. I was looking forward to it, too – until I realized that my interview was left to die on the cutting room floor. Never fear, faithful few – before the lawyers shut me down, I'm proud to present the lost interview to you. Maybe I'll be funny enough to work with him again at some point in the future? And maybe I'll join a league, enter a tournament, put on a stupid looking shirt, and go bowling instead.

that's hilarious, Chris

Hey Chris~
I love weird Al also. That was some funny stuff. Especially smelling like coffee and asking if he wan't Sprocket to hump his leg. Was Sprocket named after the dog from Fraggle Rock?

Truly original and inspiring. Perhaps you could do one with Letterman?

You are so gonna be sued… but it was worth it.
Well, for me at least. Hell, I'm not out anything if he takes all your assets. Maybe you should give them away as presents in a pre-emptive strike. I'll call dibs on your GBA!!

Good stuff!!

So you really moving to LA?

there's somebody, in italy too, that liked this interview a lot…
sei un grande, Pirillo!

That was great!

That Interview was excellent, Chris. Only you could have pulled that off.

That was quite enjoyable. I did something like that before but it was an interview with myself. The outcome? It sucked. Your outcome was “betterer”, as they say in my town…

 – Sheesh Chris, just how long did it take you to put that together?

*snicker*

You trained to much with Gretchen ;-) Great work!
When can we expect the next episode of the GnomeShow?

Hehe – I'm not sure whether or not this outfunnies when Chris really annoyed Laura Burstein by behaving like a typical male in her beauty tips feature: http://www.leoville.com/laura/avocado.ram (RealVideo)

Hmm – if that doesn't work, try the Quicktime version: http://www.leoville.com/laura/avocado.mov

Excellent lost interview. How come he keeps thinking you're from Canada? ;)

Maybe with a little luck and a great big push you'll be on to the next higher level;
Space Ghost!

That interview is a riot! Thank you! Work was getting really boring.

Lancer, at around 10:31AM he hatched the plan and started reviewing the Wierd Al side of the interview, selected some sound bites, and wrote down the questions he would ask Wierd Al. Around 12:31 he began recording the footage of his side of the Interview, but at 12:41PM, a man with blue shoes came over and interrupted him. They left together around 1:01PM, and they ended up at Peet's and had some coffee at 2:06PM. After that Chris and the dude got back in at around 2:11PM. The guy left around 2:56PM, after which Chris promptly continued recording his side of the interview. Principal photography ended at about 3:11PM. He worked off of a cheatsheet/cuecards on his lap the whole time. The editing process began at 3:16PM and lasted till 4:21PM. He edited and combined the footage on his WinXP computer, and watched the completed product at 4:31PM just in time to post it at 4:38PM.
…so I figure it takes around 4 hours, barring coffee breaks….
dude webcams are scary, it's like setting up a public access security camera in your livingroom. =P

Good stuff. You'd be a genius in France.

“I've been licked by Leo!” Thats gotta be my all time favorite Chrise quote.
Oh and funny interview =)
