I considered some of the concerns months ago regarding whether or not they would have to regster with SEC, etc. because they are discussing the distribution of shares as an incentive to send referrals to the company; however, I don't know whether it will be required or not because they won't actually be selling them to the members--they are actually giving them away. I believe Agloco will be successful. Even if they are required to register. The reason is that people want to believe in something and the concept of Agloco is just plain fun to beleive in. If enough people simply choose to believe for a long enough period of time, it is impossible that Agloco won't figure out how to get the job done... even if that DOES require SEC filings. See my article posted at my 'incomplete' blog at www.agloco-blog.squarespace.com for how I see this will play out... I think it's going to be for the long haul but I think that's why it's going to go down in history as one of the most amazing Internet phenomenons every played out to date. Belief in Agloco is the greatest asset Agloco has... and all we have to do is help enough poeple understand that if we simply CHOOSE to believe in it long enought to buy the management team enough time... it will be one of the most successful companies on the net. And then the members WILL win very big.

I have to say valid points were presented and very understandable. Lets start with a statement that everyone will agree… AGLOCO is not for everyone much like antyhing else in this world. Interpretations of what someones said is an opinion and should stay as is untill a hard facts has been presented. What are the facts? Not trusting someone is not a fact. Following a series of clues and hints and trends is not a fact. So I might be right in saying that at this moment untill hard facts are presented, an opinion on one end of the extreme will be as true as the opionion on the other end. If you say AGLOCO will fall flat on its face, you are right. If you say AGLOCO will compete head to head with Google, your are right. I am an AGLOCO member, so no matter how hard I will try not bo be biased, I probably can’t. AGLOCO membership is free and asking someone to place a navigation bar on their browser does not constitute any harm whatsoever in my opinion. Having a google or yahoo bar on your browser doesn’t mean you work for Google or Yahoo. It is there because you like it there and helps you navigate online a little easier. If the people who runs AGLOCO is not true to their words and just a scam artist, obviously AGLOCO will not last and fall as fast as it rises. Those people will make money maybe tons of money. But if they are smart, they will know that they will make 10x even more money if they become honest and AGLOCO survives and runs for many many years. Just my 2 cents.

Hi Chris,
I'm the author of the article to which you and others refer. I'm baffled by Ray E-C's comment though.I never stated that the shares they may issue won't be subject to SEC regulations. In fact I state the opposite.

I understand that they are hoping to get listed on AIM - which has very lax listing requirements (I joked that my niece's lemonade stand could probably get floated there). But that doesn't get around the necessity of them having to register with the SEC because they are distributing pseudo shares publicly in the US (and elsewhere).

Each country where Agloco members reside will have to approve the shares. They can not be publicly distributed otherwise. So some Agloco member in Japan will have to have the regulatory authority in Japan first approve Agloco for listing and then receive shares.

Now, they may suggest that they will simply sell the shares and give the proceeds of the sale to those members to get around the necessity of registering with market regulatory authorities around the world. That's fine. But it runs smack into what I outlined in my article.

That by making their shares currency, in effect, they will guarantee that it will tank to almost zero. I explained why (markets discount ahead of time) in my original post. So although I can understand Ray and others who have a vested interest in Agloco becoming defensive, I have yet to hear them actually address any of the points that I have brought up.

All of the above is a moot point though because Agloco has all but admitted they will never pay their members. They recently said that they will only distributed cash when they have a 'comfortable' balance between income and expenses.

<a href="http://www.tradersnarrative.com/agloco-the-beginning-of-the-end-827.html" rel="nofollow">Read Brian's release</a>.

If anyone has any real answers to the questions and concerns I brought up, I'd love to hear them. Waving them away with platitudes and wishful thinking though just doesn't cut it.

Cheers

Chris,

I was one of David's listeners who sent him the link to the story.

After getting David's reply, I went through the poster's article again and found that both David and Ray were correct in their take on it.

It's unfortunate that some people don't research things enough before they fire up the keybaord.

Agloco forevah! ;-)

I remember AA. Even had a little program that moved my mouse around so I didn't have to at 3am. And then there were all of those fake account generators... and stat editors...

The best part was when I saw AA at the Internet Expo in NYC. One of the employees watched as I bookmarked "f-ckedcompany.com" on their kiosk PC ;)
