A Twittering Teddy Bear for Kid-Hearted People

There’s so much fun that could be had when today’s technology is mixed with old tech. If you follow a teddy bear on Twitter, and you then Tweet something… the teddy bear will say it out loud. If you’re a kid at heart, you’re going to love this.
The Twittering Teddy is an animatronic bear that will turn your text into speech. This stream is being done through Ustream, which is where I of course stream my life. There is an explanation as to how this was created.
Do you know of other cases where someone is mixing old technology with new technology to create something fun? What other examples do you have of people mashing together old and new services? This is fun, admit it. This isn’t something you’ve seen before, and it’s different. It’s something that is guaranteed to put a smile on your face.

Now that is something new, they should be proud they came up with that, even tough the teddy bear still doesn’t follow me :( So she can’t say what I tweet

I would call a teddy bear that tweets a “Tweety Bear”.

Awesome! I’d like to see some sort of GPS / BrightKite integration. Maybe some google mashup too.

That thing is cool but then its kind of creepy, If you leave your computer on over and that thing starts talking to itself, i would get a little creeped out.
