A Prayer for Saint Peets
Hail coffee, full of taste – my tongue is with thee. Yummy art thou among libations, and blessed is the pulp of thy bean, roasted! Holy beverage, fresh above all, brew for us drinkers now and at the hour of our morning. Amen.

I've gone 12 weeks and 1 day without Soda or Coffee (October 25th) so far and I have no intention of breaking it yet. You should try it. I was tired for 2-weeks straight but after that you learn to live without it.

Quite a testament! Though, some see coffee as Lucifer in disguise..so does that mean they see Chris as a devil worshipper? There's a random, pointless thing to ponder over for a while.

Peet's is what kept you alive on the Call for Help-a-Thon. I almost made it to three in the morning (which is when it went off in my area)…

“The drink of the righteous man is beset on all sides with the iniquities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil beans. Blesses is the drink who in the name of quality and good taste shepherds the weak beans through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his master's keeper and the finder of lost favorites. And I will drink down upon those with great vengeance and with furious thurst those who attempt to poison and destroy my drink. And you will know that my name is COFFEE when I lay my taste upon thee!”

Umm…java! Good stuff but I have never had Peet's before. For me, aslong as it is a dark roast (Strong flavor) I'll drink it. Needs to be black too. No heavy creamer there!
