A New Marriage
The wedding was very nice, as was the reception. My family is used to being the more energetic side, but Eu's kin could definitely hold their own. There was a slight language barrier, but plenty of people spoke English and Spanish. The bottom line: love. I'm very proud of my brother and his choice for a life partner. I know I couldn't find a better match for myself – and this week's interactions only prove it. Oh, and Ponzi's got a new favorite: my grandpa. Apparently, he took a computer class back in the '50s (making him a very old geek). She shot a few pictures of him in front of his ham radio setup, too. I've only met a few of her family members, but each one of them has welcomed me with open, unchallenging arms.
