		<description>Dell has always been kinda bad at giving you tracking numbers online.  Just give customer service a call and they should be able to give it to you.  Also, getting ahold of the right person at Dell shouldn&#039;t be as big of deal as before, because it is just a record lookup; which they all at least know how to do.</description>
