Dell says my order has shipped, but when I log in to my account, it doesn't give me any sort of tracking number. I have no idea where my laptop is right now. Dell has always been kinda bad at giving you tracking numbers online. Just give customer service a call and they should be able to give it to you. Also, getting ahold of the right person at Dell shouldn't be as big of deal as before, because it is just a record lookup; which they all at least know how to do.
