411 Sucks
No, seriously. You gotta use 1-800-411-SAVE instead. I've got the 411 on 411: “You'll be given several options once the number has been located. You can listen to the number, repeat the number (ad infinitum), have the street address read aloud, get the number sent to your mobile device via text message, or leave feedback for this new free 411 service. Better yet, hang up the phone once you've gone through the options – then call the number back at some point in the future (from the same phone). This time, the automated agent will ask you if you'd like to repeat the information attained from your most recent call.” We have the exclusive 411 interview online…
You rely on your computer, and so do your customers. Keep your computers (and theirs!) running in near-perfect condition with the help of Optimize 3.0. Use it to get rid of unnecessary files and junk, clean out your registry, and even streamline boot times.

You do understand when you call an 800 number you are establishing a relationship and the number you call from can be used and sold for marketing purposes.

I totally agree with you. Based on my experience with directory assistance, you either have to pay through your nose or have to listen to a dumb machine to get a listing. I’m happy to find 800-411-SAVE which is supported by friendly live operators and best of all its completely free! Yes, it ROCKS indeed!

It doesn’t suck…it’s free…and it can plug into google maps. Just say “map it” and it will send a map to your phone.
