Hello, My Gnomies!
I've been told that you have to stay true to yourself (and your passions, interests) in order to succeed. I suppose at one point I believed that - but the maxim doesn't tell you how long it'll take before you'll see any degree of traction. We're all playing from a different deck of cards, with some hands stacked better than others - yet, we're playing on the same table together.
What worked no longer does, and what needs to work doesn't.
Just when I begin to solve one problem with technology, two more problems crop up in its place. Is that how tech is supposed to work? Creating more problems than it solves? I suppose that all depends on how skilled you are with the tools at your disposal.
