Photogene lets you crop and sharpen your images, adjust your levels and curves, apply some filters and create frames or selective blurs. The app is definitely not Photoshop, but you can greatly improve photos with it. Export them to Facebook, Twitter, iPhoto or even email. Or – save them to your iPad photo gallery and use them in a slideshow.
This app has been available for the iPhone for quite awhile now. However, the bigger screen on the iPad will allow you to enhance your pictures even more. You can’t make a bad photo magically look good with Photogene, but you can make a good picture look even better.
I don’t know if I’ve found a more complete photo editing app for the iPad yet. This one seems to have all the features one might need to make a photo shine.
