(1) Ask on http://lockergnome.net/ – but watch your punctuation, usage, grammar, and spelling. The best questions and answers are featured elsewhere! Start building your karma now.
(2) You could assert your needs in a full blog or forum post through your account on http://geeks.pirillo.com/ – be as detailed as possible – you always have to provide perspective if you expect to find the solution(s).
(3) It’s possible that, after lurking (and being polite), you could get the question answered in the chat room at http://live.pirillo.com/ if the room is currently unmoderated. Immaturity and rudeness are not tolerated here (or anywhere else in my community, for that matter).
(4) There are people who track me and participate on Twitter and Facebook. You might throw the question out to http://twitter.com/chrispirillo or posting as a fan on http://www.facebook.com/chrispirillo anytime.
(5) I’ve also set up a set of dedicated forums for tech-specific support at http://help.lockergnome.com/ – you could pose the same question here, in the hopes that a different part of our community will see it.
(6) If you really need my help (personally or professionally), I do have hourly rates and am available for pre-paid phone or Skype consults – which may be overkill for what you’re trying to discover. This option is more along the line of long-term business coaching and NOT tech support, however (and it’s priced accordingly).
(7) Once you’ve discovered your answer, if you’d like to share it with the community, we accept guest blog posts on http://chris.pirillo.com/ and http://www.lockergnome.com/ all the time (so long as the post is written well). It’s a way to help the next person who needs it!
(8) As a side note, WHENEVER you’re ready to buy something online, you should search either http://tagjag.com/ or http://coupons.lockergnome.com/ to support our community efforts. We’ve also set up http://download.lockergnome.com/ if your solution could actually be found in software. When you’re ready to set up or move your own blog, we have http://premium.lockergnome.net/ available, too.
