My wife loves to remind me of the day that the iPhone was released. I had come up with a list of reasons why I would not get an iPhone. Thankfully, I have one now. I admit it… I’m an addict. It has its shortcomings, yes. But I still absolutely love it. I wanted to share this top five list with all of you that was sent in my Lamb0. It’s different from any iPhone top five I’ve done before. He feels that Apple isn’t the only one to blame for the shortcomings of the iPhone… he places much blame on AT&T, as well.

Back before I started live streaming, I did a few hours’ worth of audio streaming each week. It’s a stark contrast from doing live video stream, for sure. There have been many times I’ve been out and about, and wished I could easily record an audio file of my thoughts at the time.

Sarah Lacy is an award winning journalist and author of the just-released book, “Once You’re Lucky, Twice You’re Good: The Rebirth of Silicon Valley and the Rise of Web 2.0” (Gotham Books, May 2008). Lacy has been a reporter in Silicon Valley for nearly a decade, covering everything from the tiniest startups to the largest public companies. Looks like Wicket and Pixie made it to the front of Yahoo this morning (Video tab). As soon as I heard the news, I told them – and they couldn’t look less interested in this accolade. Thanks to Daniel Kindler for tipping me off to this momentous event. Who knew that they’d make it this far, even a year later? I guess it’s a timeless classic (much like Star Wars itself).

We all have barking spiders living in our homes right now. Sometimes, they climb aboard our clothing and travel with us to work. Sprays don’t get rid of them, either (believe me, I’ve tried). Inevitably, no matter how much we try to prevent their presence, they will likely be with us until death.
