Ben Huh is a tinkerer. He’s been screwing things up at home, school and work since finding a keyboard. Despite his training as a journalist – and the-right-way-to-spell – he runs I Can Has Cheezburger? Because, laughing at lolcats is a lot more fun than writing about PTA elections.
What is your current wallpaper? More importantly, how often do you change your wallpaper? You’d be surprised to find out how many people never change theirs. I can’t stand that. I have to change mine almost constantly or it drives me nuts. There are so many places that will change your wallpaper automatically, including the new Top Draw from Google.
One of the nice things about having an iPhone is not having to carry around a Stylus. There are times, though, that I wish I had one. Things like drawing are much easier with a Stylus, since my fingers are just too big. Have you ever wanted a Stylus for your iPhone? I reviewed another Stylus recently, and wasn’t very impressed with it. This Pogo Stylus is available from ThinkGeek, and works very well!
I am so glad that I’m not any kind of insect or bug. For one, they get horrible Internet access. And two… they are attracted to lights. I am too, actually. If you look in my office at any time, you’ll see tons of lights glowing, in all different colors. Sometimes, I find myself getting up from my desk and walking towards my pretty glowing lights. It’s kind of weird though, since they are sitting on top of my hutch. That’s why I’m glad I’m not a bug, because I’d end up dead. I’m just attracted to lights too much.
Are you dating a Geek? Find out just how Geeky he is in “The Geek Test“. You can learn how to deal with him (or her!) by reading this book, according to the jacket. The book is called A Girls’ Guide to Dating a Geek. I realize it’s too late since I’m married, but I thought it would be neat to buy this from ThinkGeek.
Mark Bao was a speaker at our recent Gnomedex conference. He discussed with us how he has become a successful entrepreneur at such a young age. Then Francine Hardaway and I joined him on stage. We represent three generations of Geeks, and what followed was a very lively discussion, indeed.

Do you use an AntiVirus program? If so, what one do you run? You do realize that that may not always be enough to keep you completely protected, right? Your best bet is layers of protection. I came across the above video, and used it to ask others what they use to keep their computers safe.
LegoShark has done it again. He’s fast becoming a name in the Brickfilming world, and this newest creation is genius. I’m not biased, I promise! Keep your eye out for even more fantastic LEGO content from him!
Lockergnome is a nickname that I kind of gave myself, but I can’t take full credit. My college-prep writing teacher called me the Gnome. Then one day, I told my friend Dave that I am the Locker Gnome. That’s how I got it, and it stuck. TuxedoJericho sent in his top five list on how NOT to choose a handle.
I use Lockergnome, or even just my real name, on most of the Social Networks I belong to. I know several people who choose one name, and stick with it everywhere, for all time. Is your username unique? Do you stick with one wherever you go? Usernames are kind of fun, but I’d honestly like to see them disappear. Inevitably, people tend to get upset when they join a new site, and their username is already taken by someone else. How can you check and find out if your username is taken on any given network out there, is to check with Usernamecheck. Simply type in the username you wish to check on, and the service will let you know what sites it has already been registered on.
When you need to search for an image, where do you turn first? Most of you will probably answer that you use Google Image search. Some of you might check Flickr, or maybe even other means. Why not use a website that allows you to search several different places – all at once? Cyclops allows you to do just that.
This morning, I opened my front door and found the package waiting for me that contained the new game from Disney. It’s called Pure, and is for the Xbox 360. Pure is a racing game, where you race an ATV.
You ever wonder what would happen if two planets got too close to each other? Or what if one of the planets in our solar system decided to spin out of control towards earth? Well now you can! Bwana did a review of Universe Sandbox for us, and loved it.
I know that a few of you out there are into Graphic Design. If you’re one of those people, you probably own a Graphics Tablet. I have one, but I just don’t use it much. I have a top five list submitted by Majid to help you purchase the right Graphics Table for you.
